This page describes what tekvo.ai collects, why, and how long we keep it. It covers the website only — client engagements are governed by the data processing terms in the relevant contract.
What does this site collect?
Two things, both of which you hand over deliberately: what you type into the contact form (name, work email, company, your message, and the “what do you need” selections), and your email address if you subscribe to the newsletter. We also see the country code Cloudflare attaches to the request, which we store alongside a submission for spam triage.
Are there analytics or cookies?
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not fingerprint visitors or build a cross-site profile. The only thing this site stores in your browser is your light/dark theme choice, in localStorage, which never leaves your device. There is no advertising pixel and no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Who processes the data?
Cloudflare hosts the site and stores form submissions in a Cloudflare D1 database. Resend sends the contact notification and auto-reply, the newsletter confirmation email, and holds subscribers (double opt-in — nothing is mailed until you confirm). Cloudflare Turnstile performs the spam check. We do not sell data, and we do not share it with anyone else.
How long is it kept?
Contact submissions are kept for 24 months so we can pick up a conversation that resumes later, then deleted. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe, which every letter links to.
How do I get my data removed?
Email inquiry@tekvo.ai from the address in question and we will delete every record tied to it, usually the same business day and always within 30 days. You can also ask for a copy of what we hold.
Who is the controller?
Tekvo, reachable at inquiry@tekvo.ai. If you are in the EEA or UK and are unhappy with how we handled a request, you have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.
